We would like to invite you to a new salon! After a long radio silence, the CHE is back on the air. On September 15 at 19.15:XNUMX pm we would like to welcome you to the start of a new series of salons. Online for now, but also physically as soon as possible. In this series of salons we explore the theme of Integral Leadership.

In this first salon, Domi and Leida will give a brief overview of the developments in the past year from their role as board members of the CHE. A lot has happened and we want to tell you where we are now and where we are going.

The first is a new purpose: the development of Yellow/Integral leadership for social renewal. We want to investigate this Integral leadership in more detail this season. Preferably also with you. The website contains a description of how we view Integral Leadership (see www.humanemergence.nl). The main elements are: Grow-up, Wake-up, Screw-up, Clean-up and Show-up. We will tell you why we find this important in today's world and also how it takes shape in our own lives.

After the introduction by Leida and Domi, you are invited to share your own experiences in developing Integral Leadership in small break-out groups, also making use of these five elements. We hear the most important highlights from these groups and this time end with a check-out.

In the follow-up salons, other guests will have their say, who will share with us their insights in a certain social area and also their personal development as an Integral Leader. People with whom we are now in contact include Eva Rovers (author and active in the field of climate and environment), Josine van der Brug (can-do lawyer and founder of, among others, the Dataverbinders and the We4U app) and Leonie van der Steen (sustainability in construction and social enterprise). For the time being, the salons will take place once a month. A recording is made of each salon that is developed into a short article, an infographic or a podcast. You can then find them on the website.
