Foundations of the CHE

The CHE was founded in 2005 with the aim of: “recognizing, naming and stimulating an integral evolutionary perspective in thinking and acting for individuals, organizations and culture as a whole in the Netherlands for the benefit of consciousness itself.Guidance in achieving this goal was Ken Wilber's Integral Model and Don Beck's Spiral Dynamics. Over the years, all kinds of new elements have been added, such as Otto Scharmer's U-theory and Hans Andeweg's ECOintention. Chaordic design, the double s-curve, Art of Hosting and Meshworking. Below you will find a brief explanation of these theoretical foundations.
