Foundations of the CHE

The CHE was founded in 2005 with the following mission: “recognizing, articulating, and fostering an integrated evolutionary perspective in the thinking and actions of individuals, organizations, and culture as a whole in the Netherlands, for the sake of consciousness itself.” The Integral Model by Ken Wilber and Spiral Dynamics by Don Beck served as a guide in achieving this goal. Over the years, various new elements have been added, such as Otto Scharmer’s U-Theory, Hans Andeweg’s ECOintention, Chaordic Design, the double S-curve, the Art of Hosting, and Meshworking. Below is a brief explanation of these theoretical foundations.
