The CHE Board has drafted a new policy plan titled Germinating seed. In 2025, the CHE will celebrate its 20th anniversary, and we want to celebrate it in style! But first, the next two years will be dedicated to refocusing and rebuilding the organization. The previous strategic plan covered the period 2015–2018. Many changes have taken place within the CHE in the meantime, and the board therefore felt it was time to draft a new, comprehensive strategic plan. The policy plan provides direction for concrete actions and activities in the coming years and places them in a clear context. This 2023–2025 policy plan consists of the following sections: 1.
