Seven years ago a number of people supported the fledgling CHE NL by taking a Synergon of Euro 1,500, which meant they paid their contribution for the next seven years forward. Recently we thanked these donors of the very beginning for their confidence, and we asked them if they would be inclined to enable the work in this way again. You, too, we invite cordially to become a donor if you aren\u2019t yet. Here<\/a> is more information on how you can make your donation.<\/p>\n

Before making a donation, you might \u00a0want to know how CHE is doing financially. The answer is that it is doing well. Most of the work is done by volunteers: the people who fulfill roles, host the bi-monthly salon evenings, do research within the constellations, organize the internal retreats and make up the Board of Stichting CHE are all volunteers. Furthermore, we are endowed with a fund from which we can pay people who do auxilliary work and those who commit to flagship projects that require more time than can be asked of a volunteer. To determine a fair remuneration, we ask: \u201cWhat do you need in order to be able to do this?\u201d. This results in some people being paid within a project team while others offer their time for free, or people receiving different amounts for the same kind of work. By clarifying the tension that might result from this, we contribute to finding new models of earning.<\/p>\n

Should you want to contribute with an amount per month, per year of for 7 years, then your gift would for instance be spent on expanding the theory and praxis of meshworking, deepening the work with the energetic architecture or projects that result from the collaboration with the very diverse international CHE\u2019s. Whatever we do, it is always ‘practice what you preach’. People who are actively engaged with CHE experience first hand what is required to co-operate towards a common purpose in such a way that the gifts of each generate essentially new solutions. This we do each time we convene wherever and with whomever.<\/p>\n

Zeven jaar geleden steunde een aantal mensen het startende CHE NL door een Synergon van E 1.500 te nemen, oftewel door hun bijdrage voor 7 jaar in een keer over te maken. Onlangs hebben we deze donateurs van het eerste uur bedankt voor hun vertrouwen en ze gevraagd of ze genegen zijn het werk nogmaals op zo’n manier mogelijk te maken. Ook u nodigen wij hierbij van harte uit om donateur te worden als u dit nog niet bent. Meer informatie hierover vindt u here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Voordat u doneert, wilt u wellicht weten hoe het CHE financieel draait. Het antwoord daarop is: goed. Het meeste werk wordt door vrijwilligers gedaan: de mensen die rollen vervullen, de salons hosten, het onderzoek doen in de constellaties, de interne retreats organiseren, zitting hebben in het bestuur. Deze vrijwilligers geven hun tijd en betalen daarnaast ook alle kosten die ze voor dit liefdewerk maken. Voor mensen die aan vlaggenschip projecten werken die meer tijd vragen dan van een vrijwilliger verwacht kan worden, hebben we de beschikking over een fonds van een gulle gever. Bij het vaststellen van de hoogte van de bedragen gaan we uit van de vraag: “Hoeveel heb jij nodig om dit te kunnen doen?”. Het komt daardoor voor dat de ene persoon betaald in een project werkt en de ander onbetaald, of dat de een voor hetzelfde werk meer ontvangt dan de ander. Door spanningen aan te gaan wanneer die bij zulk soort experimenten ontstaan, dragen wij bij aan het vinden van nieuwe verdienmodellen.<\/p>\n

Mocht u nu willen bijdragen met een bedrag per maand, per jaar of voor 7 jaar, dan wordt uw gift bijvoorbeeld besteed aan het voortzetten van de salons die we al ruim 7 jaar tweewekelijks organiseren, het uitbouwen van de theorie en praxis van meshworking, de verdieping van het werken met de energetische architectuur of projecten die voortkomen uit de samenwerking tussen de zeer verschillende internationale CHE’s. Telkens is het motto ‘practice what you preach’. Aan den lijve ondervinden de mensen die bij het CHE actief zijn wat het vraagt om op zo\u2019n manier samen te werken aan een gemeenschappelijk doel dat de gaven van allen tot wezenlijk nieuwe oplossingen leiden. Dit doen we elke keer dat we in welke vorm en met welk gezelschap dan ook samenkomen.<\/p>\n
