What is a CHE constellation?<\/strong>
\nEen CHE constellatie is een groep mensen die een bepaald thema zoals gezondheid of politiek gaat onderzoeken vanuit het integrale perspectief.<\/a>\u00a0 Op dit moment zijn er drie constellaties actief: de Decolonization Constellation<\/a>, de Constellatie Energetics<\/a> en de Constellatie Samenleven in eenheid<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hoe zijn CHE Constellaties georganiseerd?<\/strong>
\nMensen met eenzelfde interesse en passie voor integrale vernieuwing vormen zelf een constellatie rondom een bepaald thema. Vanuit een gemeenschappelijk doel dat ieders belang omsluit en overstijgt, wordt met behulp van een aantal principes van werken het proces aangegaan. Hierbij krijg je desgewenst ondersteuning en begeleiding. \u2018CHE Constellaties\u2019 is een verzamelnaam voor (kennis)netwerken, \u2018communities of practice\u2019 en praktische samenwerkingsverbanden.
\nIn het begin zal het accent vaak liggen op kennis maken en kennis uitwisselen (netwerken), waarna de stap gezet kan worden naar samen leren en innoveren. Een volgende stap kan een verdere verdieping zijn om zo tot praktische implementatie van de nieuwe inzichten te komen. In deze CoP\u2019s stellen mensen zich kwetsbaar op. Ze zijn bereid hun persoonlijke overtuigingen opzij te zetten, dilemma\u2019s te delen en te luisteren naar wat er op komt in de groep als systeem De essentie van de ervaringen van de groep wordt vastgelegd en gecommuniceerd binnen het CHE en met externe ge\u00efnteresseerden.<\/p>\n

Zelf een CHE Constellatie beginnen?<\/strong>
\nSpreken de uitgangspunten en het gedachtegoed van het CHE je aan? Wil je bijdragen aan onderzoek en ontwikkeling van de aandachtsvelden waar jezelf mee bezig bent? Het CHE faciliteert mensen en groepen die bepaalde inhoudelijke thema\u2019s gezamenlijk willen uitdiepen en vormgeven.
