In de loop der jaren zijn daar allerlei nieuwe elementen aan toegevoegd zoals de U-theorie van Otto Scharmer, ECOintention van Hans Andeweg. Chaordic design, de dubbele s-curve, Art of Hosting en Meshworking. Hieronder vind je een korte toelichting op deze theoretische
