The CHE is currently in a transitional period, including with regard to its organizational structure. There is a small board of directors that bears ultimate responsibility. In addition, there are three active groups, and two people hold special roles, such as coordinator of the salons and the Climate Citizens\u2019 Council. Over the course of 2021, we will be working toward a new organizational structure that will have a slightly holacratic character, with roles and a number of circles.<\/p>\n

The CHE as a movement is shaped by anyone who feels an intrinsic urge to contribute to it. This can take the form of salons, constellations, projects, and other gatherings in which you can participate and which can be initiated in consultation with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

In 2005, I listened to Don Beck\u2019s analysis of the murder of Theo van Gogh. Afterward, Peter Merry explained the Spiral Dynamics model. I was immediately \u201csold.\u201d What a clear perspective this provided on the world around us! I also recognized many of the different stages of development in my work as a coach, teacher, and community worker. Since then, I\u2019ve played an active role in the CHE. I\u2019m very pleased with the fresh start we\u2019re making now. I believe we really need this focus on Integral Leadership in today\u2019s complex world.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

About 10 years ago, I regularly published blogs about integral thinking. But in all honesty, I have to admit that back then it was still mostly a mental exercise, and I often wasn\u2019t yet congruent with what I said or wrote. It wasn\u2019t until later that I really began to delve deeply into the field of consciousness development. I now share the principles of integral thinking through lived experience, as an integral coach and spaceholder for gatherings. And now also as a board member and salon host for the CHE\u2014a wonderful group of conscious individuals with a second-tier perspective on organizational and social issues.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
