By viewing events and developments from this perspective, we see not only the interdependence within the whole, but also our own role in it. When we recognize the consequences of changes at all levels, we also foresee the effects on both the individual and the collective. This allows us to seamlessly align our behavior and the way we organize and develop ourselves with those effects. This includes, among other things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the integration of clear thinking with an unconditionally open heart<\/li>\n<li>the realization that one&#x27;s own interests essentially coincide with the interests of the world as a whole<\/li>\n<li>Acting authentically and not being attached to a predetermined outcome, but remaining open to whatever unfolds<\/li>\n<li>are clearly aligned with a higher purpose, enabling you to effectively ensure that what needs to happen happens at the right time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.humanemergence.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/wie-zijn-wij.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is about personal development and growth in connection with others and the whole. The CHE supports and guides the development of awareness and the skills needed today for a fundamental, sustainable transition. The CHE facilitates the practical application of these ideas both at home and abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Leading thinkers and pioneering researchers support different ways of looking at things through their theories, methods, and working models. These help us understand the elements of our reality and how they are interconnected.
