Door gebeurtenissen en ontwikkelingen vanuit dit perspectief te bekijken, zien we niet alleen de onderlinge afhankelijkheid binnen het geheel, maar ook ons eigen aandeel daarin. Als we de gevolgen van veranderingen op alle niveaus zien, (voor)zien we ook de effecten op het individu en het collectief. En kunnen we ons gedrag en de manier waarop we onszelf organiseren en ontwikkelen daar naadloos op aan laten sluiten. Het gaat hier o.a. om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>integratie van helder denken met een onvoorwaardelijk open hart<\/li>\n<li>het besef dat je eigen belang in wezen samenvalt met het belang van de wereld als geheel<\/li>\n<li>authentiek handelen en niet hechten aan een vooraf bepaalde uitkomst, maar openstaan voor wat zich ontvouwt<\/li>\n<li>met grote helderheid afgestemd zijn op een hoger doel, waardoor je effectief bent in het zorgen dat op het juiste moment gebeurt wat moet gebeuren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.humanemergence.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/wie-zijn-wij.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"560\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Het gaat om persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ontplooiing in verbinding met anderen en het geheel. Het CHE ondersteunt en begeleidt de ontwikkeling van bewustzijn en van vaardigheden die nu nodig zijn voor een fundamentele, duurzame transitie. Het CHE faciliteert praktische toepassingen van dit gedachtegoed in binnen- en buitenland.<\/p>\n<p>Vooraanstaande denkers en baanbrekende onderzoekers ondersteunen met hun theorie\u00ebn, methoden en werkmodellen verschillende manieren van kijken. Die helpen ons om te begrijpen wat de elementen van onze werkelijkheid zijn en hoe die met elkaar verbonden zijn.
