Are you ready for \u201cCommunication in the 2nd Tier\u201d?<\/span><\/p>\n CHE will pass on the essential insights gained over many years through comprehensive communication in training sessions<\/p>\n Within the CHE framework, we have been practicing for years\u2014for the greater good\u2014using new\u2014and sometimes ancient\u2014forms of communication in salons, constellations, and projects. Many of you have experienced these ways of communicating during previous salons and have practiced them. We are now going to pass on these methods, which are based on years of practice.<\/p>\n It\u2019s about listening and conversational skills in which you create space, include others, listen deeply, and speak from a place of presence. In which you attune yourself\u2014as one with the other person and with the space where you are together\u2014to what needs to be said, speaking beyond your \u201cI\u201d for a greater purpose. Sometimes it flows smoothly, and sometimes it\u2019s a bit rough. And that, too, is information.<\/p>\n In short: skills that help you awaken, connect with one another despite your uniqueness and differences in values, perspectives, and judgments, and that can bring about a shift toward a consciousness of oneness.<\/p>\n Path to Awakening<\/strong><\/p>\n In 2018, in two workshops, a total of about 30 CHE members explored a number of essential communication skills, such as \u201cactive listening\u201d and \u201cdealing with conflicts.\u201d In addition to a deeply shared sense of connection with one another, we clearly experienced in these salons that a greater cause calls for a different attitude and way of communicating. One of the participants put it this way after the first salon: \u201cShaping your own path of awakening is the work that needs to be done.\u201d<\/p>\n Coming soon:\u00a0Peter Luijten\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0Annelies Weijsched\u00e9\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0a one-day\u00a0<\/strong>\u2018"CHE LAB: INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION"\u00a0<\/strong>as a contribution to this path.<\/p>\n CHE Communications Folder<\/strong><\/p>\n We operate based on a\u00a0CHE Communications Folder\u00a0<\/strong>which we, Peter and Annelies, have created over the past year at the request of the CHE\u2019s Alignment Circle and through our own biweekly practice of integral communication, in addition to our role as salon hosts.<\/p>\n We\u2019ll take a closer look at both timeless, proven principles and new approaches to communication and facilitation.<\/p>\n In the\u00a0One-Day CHE Communication LAB\u00a0<\/strong>We practice this together through experiential learning and the theories of CHE frameworks such as Spiral Dynamics Integral, Collective Presencing, the Art of Hosting, and Energy Work. But we also draw from \u201cnew\u201d sources: Insight Dialogue, Indigenous Wisdom, and Thrivability.<\/p>\n It is a lab because the chosen format\u2014as in the salons\u2014is an Art of Hosting method that incorporates \u201cthe four-fold way of hosting\u201d: be present (1), participate and practice (2), host (3), and co-create (4).<\/p>\n As David Whyte, the poet, so beautifully puts it:\u00a0\u201cThe approach that is also the meeting\u201d!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Through the tools we provide, we explore the fundamentals of integral communication: silence, trust, multiple perceptions (body, intuition, energy, intellect, heart), following impulses, intention, and spaceholding. We work through three modules designed to foster awareness\u2014both of our own habits and strengths and those within relationships\u2014as well as to facilitate processes for social renewal. Our approach is both practical and profound.<\/p>\n Use the CHE communication folder yourself\u2014before, during, and after the lab.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n We\u2019ll get started before you arrive and continue after you leave; of course, we don\u2019t expect you to have mastered \u201clife practice\u201d after just one day of learning together. That\u2019s why this lab is supported by the option to gain hands-on experience by hosting one of the upcoming CHE salons under our guidance.<\/p>\n Why launch this learning and training lab right now?\u00a0<\/strong>In today\u2019s world\u2014which is constantly changing and complex\u2014people sometimes get stuck or experience burnout. Certainties fade away. But something new can also emerge through our interactions with others. There are social initiatives and activities that\u2014based on a sense of wholeness and with an open heart\u2014make a meaningful contribution to the world.<\/p>\n CHE communication methods help you reconnect with yourself, bring something valuable to the table, and add depth to co-creation\u2014so that everyone can see themselves reflected in the process and feel recognized and appreciated as part of the whole. And can attune themselves to what is meant to happen. In this lab, you can connect with trust and develop your compassion: not wanting to change others but meeting them where they are. With a clear intention in mind. It\u2019s an open lab for CHE members, and by that we mean: whoever shows up is \u201cthe CHE.\u201d<\/p>\nStaying the course in chaotic times requires a different approach to communication.<\/h3>\n
