Research by Csikszentmihalyi and others has shown that flow deepens learning and encourages long-term interest in a subject. By finding the courage, as teachers, to be fully and authentically present, we invite our students to do the same. In the community we share and practice exercises that are generative and grounded in silence, deep listening and co-creation.
