This is a very early announcement, but we want you to know about the plans that the Global Centers for Human Emergence (CHE’s) are making to raise our collective profile and to support change wherever that is arising.<\/p>\n

All Change – supporting change in a practical way<\/strong><\/p>\n

SDi is a beautiful instrument to analyse what is happening on individual, organisational and societal level. But it’s real treasure lies in the tools for application it offers us. In particular, the perspectives on different kinds of\u00a0 change, how we value the conditions for change to happen and how we can support the most fitting outcomes to emerge in a natural and sustainable way – these are the special province of Spiral Dynamics.\u00a0No-one else has anything to match it.<\/p>\n

In April and May next year we will start a series of four All Change-Webinars. In the first, Don Beck will introduce SDi’s special tools and perspectives.\u00a0In the next, other major presenters will describe aspects of change at Societal, Organisational and Personal levels and we will relate these to the core change perspectives. Alongside these global All Change-events, several of the local CHE’s (such as the CHE NL) will organise local All Change-project conversations, workshops and seminars designed to bring the general theory down to specific examples. We like to support people and projects in a practical way.<\/p>\n

All Change in the Netherlands: call for hosts<\/strong><\/p>\n

The All Change project is still in its early stages, but for\u00a0the local events in the Netherlands, we would like to call upon our SDi-community (people we have trained in SDi) to be All Change-agents. Who would like to host an event themselves, under this global All Change – umbrella,\u00a0for their own\u00a0network? Jasper Rienstra,\u00a0Anne-Marie Voorhoeve and\u00a0Leida Schuringa are organizing the local All Change events in the Netherlands. If you are trained in SDi, we will probably approach you in the coming months.\u00a0If you\u2019re not but would like to organize an event together with a SDi-expert, let us know, just as all other ideas you got reading this first announcement. Dit is een heel vroege aankondiging over de plannen van de wereldwijde CHE\u2019s om onze collectieve bekendheid te vergroten en verandering waar dan ook op een praktische manier te ondersteunen.<\/p>\n

SDi (Spiral Dynamics Integral) is een prachtig instrument om te analyseren wat er op individueel, organisatie- en maatschappelijk niveau gebeurt. Maar de werkelijke schat ligt in de hulpmiddelen die het voor toepassing biedt. In het bijzonder, de perspectieven op de verschillende soorten verandering, hoe we de voorwaarden waaronder verandering plaatsvindt op waarde kunnen beoordelen en hoe we behulpzaam kunnen zijn bij het zorgen dat de meest passende uitkomsten op een natuurlijke en duurzame manier naar voren komen \u2013 dat is de specifieke niche van Spiral Dynamics.<\/p>\n

In april en mei 2013 willen we een serie starten van 4 All Change webinars. In de eerste zal grondlegger Don Beck de speciale hulpmiddelen en perspectieven van SDi introduceren.<\/p>\n

Daarna zullen andere deskundige sprekers hun licht laten schijnen over aspecten van verandering op maatschappelijk, organisatie- en persoonlijk niveau. We zullen hierbij steeds de koppeling maken met de kernachtige perspectieven op verandering. Naast deze wereldwijde All Change webinars zal een aantal lokale CHE\u2019s waaronder het CHE NL ter plekke All Change-project dialogen, workshops en seminars organiseren die ontworpen zijn om de algemene theorie te herkennen in specifieke lokale voorbeelden.<\/p>\n

All Change in Nederland: oproep aan hosts<\/strong><\/p>\n

Het is nog vroeg dag voor het All Change project, maar voor de lokale evenementen in Nederland doen we graag een beroep op onze SDi-community (oftwel mensen die bij ons de SDi-trainingen gedaan hebben) om All Change-agents te worden. Wie voelt ervoor om onder deze wereldwijde All Change-paraplu zelf een evenement voor het eigen netwerk op touw te zetten? Jasper Rienstra,\u00a0Anne-Marie Voorhoeve and\u00a0Leida Schuringa organiseren de lokale All Change evenementen in Nederland. Als je de SDi-opleiding(en) hebt gedaan, zullen we je de komende weken waarschijnlijk benaderen.
