Je kunt het ook Geel of Teal leiderschap noemen of Second Tier. Wij willen ons inzicht in deze evolutionaire vorm van leiderschap vergroten en inspireren tot het beoefenen ervan. Daartoe wordt een serie online salons georganiseerd waarin een aantal mensen hun kennis en ervaringen met Integraal leiderschap met ons zal delen. We zullen ook \u2013 voor zover dat online kan \u2013 oefeningen of opdrachten uitvoeren. Zo kunnen we met elkaar ons begrip over en vaardigheden in deze vorm van leiderschap verder ontwikkelen.
