Vanuit het Integrale perspectief ben je in staat om beter te doorzien welke schijnbaar tegengestelde gezichtspunten voortdurend met elkaar in conflict zijn. De traditionele, moderne en postmoderne perspectieven gaan veelal uit van hun\u00a0 eigen gelijk. Vanuit Integraal kun je zien dat al die visies een toegevoegde waarde hebben in de oplossingen die we nu nodig hebben.<\/p>\n<p>How do you get started with (further) developing your Integral Leadership? The CHE uses the following five approaches for this. First of all, we grow through various stages such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanemergence.nl\/en\/bronnen\/spiral-dynamics\/\">Spiral Dynamics<\/a> (SD) en andere ontwikkelingsmodellen aangeven (<strong>grow up<\/strong>). Ten tweede ontwikkelen we het spirituele besef dat we deel zijn van het grotere geheel (<strong>wake-up<\/strong>). Tijdens dat ontwikkelingsproces komen we vaak in allerlei gedoe terecht (<strong>screw-up<\/strong>). Als we dat kunnen zien als een \u2018blessing in disguise\u2019 en onderzoeken waar de valkuil zit en waar die vandaan komt (<strong>clean-up<\/strong>), zijn we weer beter toegerust om onze missie in de wereld te vervullen (<strong>show-up<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Deze dimensies voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling zijn niet lineair, maar ontstaan in een zekere samenhang met elkaar. Ook zijn ze verankerd in je lichaam (embodiment).
