In a previous salon “SDi 3.0”, Jasper Rienstra, together with the visitors, consciously examined what – from a 2d tier perspective – is the beauty, strength, added value and wisdom of all 1st tier value systems. Assuming that all colors are an indispensable piece of the puzzle for the whole – what exactly is the nature of that indispensability?

This salon is based on the same research question, but with the help of Holacracy we investigate the question: what does it really require to include from purple to green, the 1st tier value systems, from a conscious, 2nd tier perspective on the value systems of SDi?
