“We play a significant role in the Netherlands – are you participating?” This is the strategy we entered into 2014. 2013 was the year in which we implemented Holacracy as an organizational model and operating system to the very core of the organization. In which we, in collaboration with the international CHEs, offered an online series of webinars about how change is happening. In which the heart of the organization once again beat in the continuity of the biweekly Salons, the meetings of the Constellations and the holacratic governance and tactical meetings of CHE Synnervate and CHE NL.
