Spiral Dynamics is a theory of developmental stages. But applying this theory requires more than a cognitive understanding, it requires embodiment. The Spiral Walk is a first step on the way there. It is a one-day workshop in which the theory is explained in the morning using (film) images. Then you get back the test you filled in in advance and then you walk in pairs (or only in Corona time) along the color posters while you recall important events and turning points in your development history.
