What is Integral Leadership? You can also call it Yellow or Teal leadership or Second Tier. We want to increase our understanding of this evolutionary form of leadership and inspire us to practice it. To this end, a series of online salons is being organized in which a number of people will share their knowledge and experiences with Integral leadership with us. We will also carry out exercises or assignments as far as possible online. In this way we can further develop our understanding of and skills in this form of leadership together. That is not so simple (see also the article Towards an Integrated Netherlands). We want to convert the content of these meetings – in case of sufficient quality – into a publication, podcast or infographic.
