Thrilling pioneering
I got to know the newly founded CHE at a time in my life when I was intensively involved in the path of spiritual development, and I longed to apply it in the world. I quickly followed Spiral Dynamics 1,2 and 3 and a new world opened up for me. I was given a map on which I can indicate and understand evolutionary development. A completely new perspective on the development of human systems and society opened up.
A time of sizzling pioneering began under the inspired leadership of Peter Merry. Together with like-minded people, we went in search of new answers to today's complex problems. Characterized by a genuine curiosity for new sources of information, combined with a sufficient down to earth sense of reality and objectivity.
Ten years of CHE has greatly expanded my scope of looking, tasting and feeling. It has unlocked a new potential in me. It has been a path of constant learning through the community of practice that we essentially are. A way of sanding, fine grinding, confrontation and admitting new light. A road on which we continually explored new areas and on which Holacratic steering has become the guiding principle. Within the Alignment Circle and in Synnervate we have personally discovered what this beautiful form of autocratic steering has to offer. In my role as Integrity Guardian (the 'walk your talk police') I have been able to supervise many retreats together with Lisette in which the question was in the middle: what is the work that we have to do 'inside', so that we can ' could be of real significance? This question is also leading within the Integral Coaching Training that I founded four years ago. This flourishing training now demands my full attention, in which I remain involved as Synnervator within the CHE.
Last but not least: the CHE has given me deep camaraderie.
