CHE Salon: Learning leadership in Venwoude by Lena Huisman and Mauk Pieper

What is leadership, if you really want to live together?
It is a question that has not yet been answered in society. In Venwoude, the center that has offered us space to hold our salons for almost four years, it is a conscious search. How do you reveal the talents of the people who wear Venwoude? How do you bridge the inevitable differences? What does it take, every day, to stay together and move forward, in consciousness and its application? And how do we pass on what we discover and what we stand for to the participants of our training courses and other activities?
Mauk Pieper and Lena Huisman are both on the management team. They will share their quest and their findings with us this evening. As always, this comes through experience and transference. After the break, the conversation will focus on what we as CHE and Venwoude can learn from and from each other.

Eating together
Some of us eat together at Venwoude in front of the salon. The vegetarian meal from 18.00-19.00 costs € 12,50 and it is much appreciated if we help clean up. For a good planning, we pass on the number of diners on Monday morning. So sign up in time (no later than Sunday 7 June) via salons@humanemergence.nl and possibly text Lisette (06 270 72 440) if it turns out later that you can (cannot) come and eat.
