If the essence of who we are deep down To be seen, can there still be maturation, development?
We seem to have reached a point of development as humanity where further growth requires us to go from a completely different perspective than we have done until now. We get the chance to shape our lives from something more substantial, opening up a new potential. Development towards this new level of consciousness requires a change in orientation. It's not like that anymore events that are leading, but the attitude that you have to it. You no longer have to let your actions be guided by the circumstances outside you (reactive), but you can start sailing on an inner compass (creative). Your attention is not focused on eliminating discomfort, but onintegrate of all life movements that present themselves.
This is a development in which we can take full responsibility for our lives, and in which true autonomy unfolds. This allows you for the first time to be really in touch with the challenges you face, awakening a natural wisdom. It is a path in which an ever deeper connection with yourself and with the environment becomes palpable.
Experience shows that it takes motivation, courage and love to open up this new territory and to free yourself from the limiting patterns in which we are unconsciously trapped.
In this salon we want to explore the process of spiritual development, in which the non-dual consciousness and the dual way meet: “you are already there, there is nothing to achieve, and a process of liberation and integration is needed.”
What exactly is spiritual maturity? What does it mean for the world?
- What can be said about the development process of self-awareness to Self-realization. Can steps be distinguished here?
- How is the relationship with the development within the Spiral in this?
- What are vehicles for this development?
- What about free will, do/don't, grace or effort?

Marinette Ritz has spent the past 15 years intensively researching and facilitating personal and collective transformation processes (including as a trainer and staff member within the school for Orientation of Being). Inside Synnervate she mainly focuses on leadership and integral organizational development. As founder of the Training Integral Coaching she trains professionals from a new development perspective aimed at restoring contact at all levels, and liberating human potential.
Indoor the board of the CHE she fulfills the role of Integrity Guardian.

Eating together
It is possible to have a cozy and inspiring meal together before the salon. We eat a vegetarian meal between 18.00 pm and 18.30 pm. The costs are € 12,50 pp (in cash and to be paid to the CHE Salonhost there) and it is appreciated if we help clean up. For a good planning of the kitchen and the purchases, we pass on the number of diners on Friday morning.
