In 2005, the Netherlands seemed at the point of breakdown or breakthrough. Within CHE we started to experiment with working from oneness. How do you organize yourself, how to you take decisions and what do you do when you put oneness consciousness first? As guinea pigs and scientists at the same time we did research, developed methods of interaction, adopted Holacracy as 21st century system of governance, served clients and progressed a next version of looking through the lens of Spiral Dynamics integral.
