Geel-Green collaboration SD and MD

For years, both Spiral Dynamics (SD) and Management Drives (MD) have used Graves' theory as one of their important sources of inspiration and starting points. It is the insights that bind us together, where the further elaboration distinguishes us from each other. And it is precisely this combination of bonding and distinction that makes the conversation between two full partners interesting and more than worth having. These steps have been taken in the past period, with the aim of enriching each other intellectually from complete independence and partnership and to give Graves' ideas even more influence at the level of the individual, the team and the organization. In recent weeks, the experts and trainers of SD have started following the training courses of MD; reading individual profiles according to the matrix. In September, Giselle Franssen and Cor Keijser are the first of MD to follow the SDI training. Where in the past it sometimes seemed that MD and SD should forever be two different groups, we are very pleased with the process in which a number of people from SD and from MD have the emphatic desire and the guts to continue the rapprochement. to go. The first conversations gave a lot of positive energy. The MD expert class has been working with the combination of MD and SD for some time now. We will certainly share the further fruits of this with you later!
