From the Meshwork for Mother Care, CHE NL organized the national Mother's Night in Rotterdam on 9 May 2009 for the third time. An evening for public awareness and greater political attention for Millennium Development Goal 5: safe (teenage) motherhood with debate, stories of hope and special performances. For the first time this year, regional Mother's Nights also took place in almost all provinces, as well as in Germany, Malta, Hungary and Pakistan. CHE participates in the steering group.
