SDi-1 Basic Training
From 23 to 26 September '13 we offer our SDi-1 training in which you get to know the basic theory and foundations of Spiral Dynamics Integral. The training gives you in-depth insights into the concepts surrounding Evolutionary Consciousness and is based on the ideas of Prof. Clare Graves, Dr. Don Beck and Ken Wilber. SDi-2 Evolutionary Leadership
New this fall! From 6 to 8 November '13 we, in collaboration with Wisdom University, will provide the SDi-2 training Evolutionary Leadership. This training is especially for executives and supports you to apply an integral evolutionary perspective in your leadership role, through, among other things, translation of SDi to your role and context, energetic bodywork to embody and integrate different value systems and by practicing situations in interactive theater. SDi-2 Team and Organization Development
Have you done SDi-1 and are you interested in the practical application of the SDi concepts within an organizational context? Then our SDi-2 training on team and organizational development may be a natural next step for you. This training takes place from 18 to 20 November '13 and you can find more information about the training here .
SDi-2 Integral Society Development
This SDi-2 training is aimed at applying SDi within a social, policy and community-related context. The training is for program managers, policy officers, area managers, neighborhood consultants, politicians, subject matter experts and other change agents working in the field of complex social issues. SDi-3 Senior Practitioner Training
For those who have completed both SDi-1 and SDi-2, we offer an SDi-3 pathway that will enable you to become a certified SDi Senior Practitioner. SDi-3 is an on-the-job training that focuses on the application of the SDi concepts in your daily practice. As a participant in this trajectory you choose your own case and during the process you will be supported and guided by an experienced SDi Master Practitioner. Knowing more? Training Integral Coaching
In September 2013, the second batch of the 2,5-year Integral Coaching Program will start under the leadership of synnervator Marinet Ritz, in collaboration with Rob van Vliet, Annick Nevejan and Shanta Baan. The training offers structural tools to give shape to the process of consciousness development in relationships, work and collaboration in which our deepest source forms the basis.
The training is for those who have the desire to go to the heart of their existence and to express their full potential in the world. To meet a contemporary need for congruence: only through your own integral development can you be your instrument for the development of others.
