4 roles to fulfill at the CHE

Do you want to contribute to the world in transition? Do CHE NL's ideas and working methods appeal to you? Then you may want to see if you can fulfill a role. There are 4 open roles that require specific skills and enthusiasm: fundraising officer, media exposure coordinator, organizational connector and organizational learning officer. Something for you?

First and foremost, fulfilling a role at CHE NL requires love – love for the world in transition and the will to contribute to manifesting the next natural step based on the philosophy of Spiral Dynamics Integral. And do you have time to fulfill this role and participate in the holacratic system of biweekly work meetings of over an hour, the monthly role meeting and the six-monthly strategy days and retreats? Each role has a number of accountabilities, which means that in the organization we count on the person who fulfills the role to ensure that this happens. In addition, from your role you are a sensor for the entire organization that you help shape.
