To do this expertly is one of the qualities we develop within CHE NL. I noticed the effect myself when on March 1, I <a title="New Lead CHE NL" href=" http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/nieuws/new-lead-che-nl/">proposed</a> to fullfill the roles of Integral Alignment Officer and thus Lead of CHE NL. I conciously include the role of Organisational Spaceholder that I have been fulfilling since 2008 in this leadership as this is what I see myself do: holding space for what wants to happen in this world in transition through us as sacred partnership in life and stimulating each to play their own part fully free and fully conntected to the whole while making optimum use of all we have researched and developed in the past eight years.</p>
<p dir="ltr">We have a lot to build on. We conducted research into the characteristics of Turquoise or the holistic paradigm. We developed meshworking as a way to engender multi-stakeholder collaboration towards a common goal in complex issues. We did research into how we can bring about change by working in the energetic architecture. We practiced hosting <a href="http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/salons/">salons</a> in such a way that new insights emerge.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Now the time has come for embodiment and integration of all we have experimented so we can make our offerings to the world in which new forms want to manifest. We will straighten up the organization by renewing our commitment to the practice of <a title="Holacracy: Social technology for purposeful organization" href="http://www.holacracy.org/" target="_blank">Holacracy</a> &#8211; thank you to Koen Bunders for offering to facilitate us in this process as with the transparence it creates and freedom it gives to each to fulfill their role in their own way, this still seems like the organizational operating system of the future.</p>
<p>In collaboration with the other CHE’s worldwide we will offer insight in the dynamics of change through a number webinars under the name <a title="ALL CHANGE! CHE-teleseminar-series about 'Change Dynamics'. Acquire a deep insight in how change works       " href="http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/nieuws/all-change-che-teleseminar-series-about-change-dynamics-acquire-a-deep-insight-in-how-change-works/">All CHANGE!</a> We continue offering the bi-monthly <a href="http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/salons/">salons</a> as space where the new makes itself known and with <a href="http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/constellations/">constellations</a> where people from a field of practice find new forms. It often is a case of finding the direction while plotting the course. There is no doubt that we are on our way to new forms but what they look like and how we get there, no one knows. The only thing one can do is steer by compass. CHE NL does this by phrasing the common purpose as ‘sacred partnership in life’. Assuming oneness, acknowledging natural order in all life, enacting the role that is ours to play, acting when the time is right and holding when it’s not, clarifying creative tension until new insight emerges and acting from mutual trust and being accountable to each other and the whole at all times &#8211; that is the way to get there, even if we don’t yet know the course.</p>

<p>More and more people are becoming aware of the change(s) that are occurring. These are not small linear changes: things are changing in a not-normal way; intense, unexpected and fundamental. Many people feel they don’t understand and don’t have control about the quick changing society. Life conditions now ARE Change and they are changing. This also evokes fear. Nobody knows, not even the politicians or decision makers. And when people lose their faith in leadership, it can be really dangerous…</p>
<p>Everything is linked. It is not possible any more to find solutions for small parts of what is happening, we have to look to the whole! How can we handle this? It is time to replace the old system by a more overall perspective including different partial perspectives. We see the old system has come to an end. A break is needed and emerging. <strong>ALL CHANGE</strong>!</p>

<p>In June &#8211; September 2013, you can participate in a series of six <strong>ALL CHANGE!</strong> Tele-seminars that will also be combined with local area events in different countries around the world. The main focus of the <strong>ALL CHANGE!</strong> project is to familiarise people with evolutionary change dynamics and, from that perspective, to look at what it means for their work in the world. How does change work? What do we mean when we say change? What kind of change are we talking about in the world today? How can we learn about the natural patterns of change in our personal, community, work and social lives, so that we can adapt to it and not be overwhelmed by it? How do we apply these insights in our daily work and life? These questions and many more will be explored during the upcoming <strong>ALL CHANGE!</strong> event.</p>
<p><strong><em>ALL CHANGE! &#8211; supporting change in practical ways</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p>
<p>Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi) is a beautiful model to help us get a grip on all the change that is happening on individual, organisational and societal level. But it&#8217;s real treasure lies in the tools that  it offers us for responding to change. In particular, the perspectives on different kinds of change, how we value the conditions for change to happen and how we can support the most fitting outcomes to emerge in a natural and sustainable way. Answering these types of questions are the special province of SDi – which is also known as: “The Theory that Explains Everything”.</p>

<p>Alongside these Tele-seminars, several of the national Centres for Human Emergence (CHE&#8217;s) will organise local <strong>ALL CHANGE!</strong> activities, such as project conversations, workshops and face-to-face seminars designed to bring the general theory applied to real-life change situations. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p dir="ltr">Seven years ago a number of people supported the fledgling CHE NL by taking a Synergon of Euro 1,500, which meant they paid their contribution for the next seven years forward. Recently we thanked these donors of the very beginning for their confidence, and we asked them if they would be inclined to enable the work in this way again. You, too, we invite cordially to become a donor if you aren’t yet. <a href="http://www.humanemergence.nl/en/donations/">Here</a> is more information on how you can make your donation.</p>
<p>Before making a donation, you might  want to know how CHE is doing financially. The answer is that it is doing well. Most of the work is done by volunteers: the people who fulfill roles, host the bi-monthly salon evenings, do research within the constellations, organize the internal retreats and make up the Board of Stichting CHE are all volunteers. Furthermore, we are endowed with a fund from which we can pay people who do auxilliary work and those who commit to flagship projects that require more time than can be asked of a volunteer. To determine a fair remuneration, we ask: “What do you need in order to be able to do this?”. This results in some people being paid within a project team while others offer their time for free, or people receiving different amounts for the same kind of work. By clarifying the tension that might result from this, we contribute to finding new models of earning.</p>
<p>Should you want to contribute with an amount per month, per year of for 7 years, then your gift would for instance be spent on expanding the theory and praxis of meshworking, deepening the work with the energetic architecture or projects that result from the collaboration with the very diverse international CHE’s. Whatever we do, it is always &#8216;practice what you preach&#8217;. People who are actively engaged with CHE experience first hand what is required to co-operate towards a common purpose in such a way that the gifts of each generate essentially new solutions. This we do each time we convene wherever and with whomever.</p>
