CHE LAB integral communication

Are you ready for 'communicating in 2nd Tier'?

Standing still in chaotic times requires different communication.

CHE will pass on the essential harvest of years of integral communication in training

In the context of CHE, we have been practicing for years for the greater good with new – and sometimes also ancient – forms of communication in salons, constellations and projects. Many of you have experienced and practiced these ways of communicating at previous salons. We will now pass on those ways based on years of practice.

It is about listening and conversation skills in which you create space, include, listen deeply and speak out from being present. In which you attune one with the other and with the space where you are together to what needs to be said, speaking you beyond your 'I' for a greater purpose. Sometimes it flows and sometimes it rubs. And that too is information.

In short: skills with which you awaken, you reach each other despite your uniqueness and difference in values, visions and judgments and with which a switch to unity consciousness can occur.

Awakening Path

In 2018, in two salons, we conducted research with a total of about 30 CHE employees into a number of essential communication skills, such as 'careful listening' and 'dealing with conflicts'. In addition to a deeply shared connection with each other, we experienced very clearly in these salons that greater importance requires a different attitude and communication. One of the participants put it this way after the first salon: “shaping your own awakening path is the work that has to be done”.

Organize soon Peter Luijten en Annelies Weijschede  a one-day 'CHE LAB INTEGRAL COMMUNICATION' as a contribution to this path.

CHE communication folder

We work from a CHE communication folder which we, Peter and Annelies, have created over the past year at the request of the Alignment Circle of the CHE and with the help of our own biweekly practice of integral communication in addition to our role as salon hosts.

We zoom in on timeless proven and new principles of communication and facilitation.

you go home, at least one step closer to your natural self, with the CHE communication map, with the communication skills you have learned and how to use them in different contexts and the opportunity to gain experience under supervision after the lab.

In the one day CHE communication LAB we practice together through experimental learning and theory of the CHE frameworks such as Spiral Dynamics Integral, Collective Presencing, Art of Hosting and Energiewerk. But also from 'new' sources: Insight Dialogue, Indigenous Wisdom and Thrivability.

It is a lab because the chosen work form, like in the salons, is an Art of Hosting method with 'the four fold way of hosting': be present (1), participate and practice (2), host (3) and co-create ( 4).

As David Whyte, poet, puts it so beautifully: 'the approach that is also the meeting'!

Behind the tools to be provided, we explore the foundations of integral communication: silence, trust, multiple perception (body, intuition, energy, intellect, heart), following impulses, intention and space holding. We work in 3 modules for awareness, of our own habits and strengths as well as those in relation, and for process guidance for social innovation. We work both practically and deeply.

Work with the CHE communication map yourself – before, on and after the lab.

We start before you arrive and we continue when you leave; of course we don't expect you to have mastered 'life practice' after a day of learning together. That is why this lab is supported with the option to gain experience in practice by hosting one of the upcoming CHE salons under supervision.

Why this learning and training lab right now? In today's world – tumbling and complex – people sometimes get stuck or get burned out. Certainties are lost. But something new can also arise in the interaction with others. There are social initiatives and activities that – from wholeness and with an open heart – make a substantial contribution to the world.

CHE forms of communication bring you home to yourself, have something to add and give depth to co-creation. So that everyone can recognize, acknowledge and feel appreciated as part of the whole. And can attune to what wants to happen. In this lab you can connect with trust and develop your compassion: not wanting to change the other but connecting where someone is. With the intention clear in mind. It is an open lab for CHE-ers and that means: whoever shows up is 'the CHE'.

2nd tier asks for speaking up… We organize this lab based on our own desire to contribute to beneficial changes in the world through vitalizing communication. From the vision that this here and now can start from within ourselves with all with whom we live and work. By (wanting to) understand each other. With or without words. From heart, head, hands and consciousness.
